The Alpha Building previously Santley Primary School is a Grade II Listed Victorian School which has been converted and extended to provide forty two loft style apartments each with bedroom accomodation on a mezzanine deck.

In addition to the main school building the "teachers block" was converted and extended to form five 3 storey town houses, the "kitchen block" was converted to two apartments and the original school playground now accomodates thirteen, three storey town houses.
