With a background in general management my key role is to ensure the streamlining of all day to day management and administrative functions within the company to ensure best value for both clients and the organisation.

Having joined DWA in December 2002, I was given the role of site manager for our new second storey extension, an opportunity to expand both my knowledge base and skills. My responsibilities also include facilities management of our sites, all purchasing requirements and personnel issues.

I also manage a Client Support team of 4 to ensure outstanding client focus in all that we do.
