Various types and sizes of commercial Projects have been undertaken by DWA Architects, including various high quality London Insurance and Headquarter office refurbishments; contemporary designed main reception area fit-outs and Regional Passport Office design.

Often working alongside Project Managers and Chartered Surveyors, the Practice is also consistently involved in various London and nationally based commercial office fit-outs, requiring integrated fast-track measured survey and design methods, and often immediate design responses to the Clients urgent requirements within this sector.

The Practice has recently been involved in advising Clients on the design, programming and procurement methodology for the conversion and extension of existing large agricultural Victorian period barns in East Yorkshire for conversion to a contemporary Media Centre. The Project incorporates a recording studio, office and administration facilities and creative ideas factory, and is located adjacent to recently planted woodland.
